Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 3 Inventors Portal — Business Management Platform ("the Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform.

These Terms of Use apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the Platform. They supplement and operate alongside our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy.

2. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction.
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
  • Not be prohibited from using the Platform under any applicable law or regulation.
  • Have received a valid invitation and completed the registration process as approved by a super administrator.

If you are using the Platform on behalf of a business or organisation, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms of Use.

3. Permitted Use

The Platform is provided for legitimate business management purposes. You are permitted to:

  • Access and use the modules and features assigned to your account by your business administrator.
  • Create, manage, and export business data including quotations, invoices, and financial records.
  • Generate reports and documents for your business operations.
  • Collaborate with other authorised users within your business account.
  • Access the Platform from any compatible device using your registered credentials.

4. Prohibited Activities

When using the Platform, you agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive the source code of the Platform.
  • Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security features or access controls of the Platform.
  • Use automated scripts, bots, crawlers, or similar tools to access or scrape data from the Platform without prior written consent.
  • Upload, transmit, or distribute any malicious code, viruses, or harmful software.
  • Impersonate another user, person, or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure, servers, or networks.
  • Use the Platform to send unsolicited communications, spam, or bulk messages.
  • Attempt to access accounts, data, or areas of the Platform for which you do not have authorisation.
  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit access to the Platform without our prior written consent.

5. User-Generated Content

You are solely responsible for all data, text, documents, and materials ("User Content") that you upload, create, or store on the Platform. By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the necessary rights and permissions to use and share the User Content.
  • Your User Content does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of any third party.
  • Your User Content does not contain any unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material.
  • Your User Content is accurate and not misleading.

We do not claim ownership of your User Content. However, we reserve the right to remove or disable access to any User Content that violates these Terms of Use or is otherwise objectionable, without prior notice.

6. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials. You agree to:

  • Keep your login credentials secure and not share them with any unauthorised person.
  • Use a strong, unique password for your Platform account.
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
  • Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorised by you.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe that your credentials have been compromised or that your account is being used in violation of these Terms of Use.
