1. Introduction

Welcome to In-House Management Software (IHM), provided by 3 Inventors Limited.
These Terms and Conditions (hereafter the "T&Cs" or “Agreement”) outline the rights and responsibilities regarding your access to and use of the IHM (In House Management) Software (hereafter the "IHM") provided by 3 Inventors Limited (hereafter the "Provider").
By using IHM, whether through web-based platforms, mobile applications, or other supported computing systems (hereafter the "Software"), you (the "Customer") the business entity using the Software agree to comply with these T&Cs.
("User") refers to any individual accessing the Software, including employees and managers.

2. License

- The Company grants Customers a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use IHM for business management.
- The on-premise application is installed on Customers’ systems, while the web platform is hosted on the Provider servers.

2. Services Provided

- On-premise Windows application for employee shift and break management.
- Web-based manager platform (hosted on 3 Inventors Limited servers) for scheduling and supervision.

3. Subscription & Payments

- Subscription Plans: IHM operates on an annual subscription model.
- Cancellation Policy: No cancellations or refunds are allowed before the subscription period ends.
- Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds once payment is made.
- Payment Processing: A third-party payment provider handles payments securely. We do not store or process payment details directly.

4. User Responsibilities

- Customers and Users must not misuse or alter the software.
- Only authorized personnel should access the manager platform.
- Users must ensure compliance with local labor laws when scheduling shifts.

5. Data Handling & Privacy

- Employee shift data is stored indefinitely but backed up and cleared after 12 months.
- No personal data is shared with third parties, except for hosting services and payment processing.

6. Limitation of Liability

- We strive to keep IHM available at all times, but we are not liable for service disruptions.
- 3 Inventors Limited is not liable for any indirect damages or business losses from software use.
- IHM is provided "as is" without warranties.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the General Data Protection Regulation (‘GDPR’), the ePrivacy Directive (‘ePD’), and any national laws implemented in connection with the legislation as mentioned earlier.
