What's included in each plan?
Foundation includes everything you need to run your business: quotations, invoicing, revenue control, customers, purchases, suppliers, VAT, credit notes, and a product catalog with multiple price tiers (e.g. Retail, Wholesale, VIP). Professional adds automation (payment reminders, payment schedules), financial intelligence (cash flow, P&L, expense insights), and an activity log.
How many users can I add?
Foundation supports up to 2 users. Professional supports up to 5 users with granular module-level permissions (full or read-only per module). Need more? Contact us for an Enterprise setup.
Is my data isolated from other businesses?
Yes. The platform enforces strict tenant isolation — each business only sees their own customers, invoices, purchases, and financial data. No cross-tenant data leakage is possible.
Can I convert quotations to invoices?
Yes. Quotations follow a lifecycle (Draft → Sent → Accepted → Converted) and can be converted to invoices with a single action. The invoice captures an immutable snapshot of the quotation at the time of conversion.
How does VAT submission work?
The platform automatically generates VAT periods based on your registration date. It computes output VAT from issued invoices and input VAT from purchases, calculates the net payable, and produces a full period report with monthly breakdowns.
Can I import existing purchase data?
Yes. The platform supports CSV import for purchases with a preview-and-confirm workflow. You can also create suppliers and expense categories inline during bulk entry.
What payment methods do you support for the subscription?
Subscription payments are handled securely through Stripe. You can pay with any major credit or debit card. Plans are billed annually — Foundation at €390/year, Professional at €890/year. You pay for 10 months and get 12 months of access.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Request a 21-day Professional trial with full access to all features. We'll set up your workspace within one business day. No credit card required. At the end of the trial, you choose Foundation, Professional, or Enterprise.
Is the platform expensive?
Foundation costs about €1.07 per day. Professional costs about €2.44 per day. Both tiers include 2 months free with annual billing. For most businesses, the Professional tier pays for itself within the first month — automated payment reminders alone save hours of manual chasing every week.
How quickly can I get started?
You can be up and running within minutes. Sign up, complete the short business setup wizard, and start creating quotations and invoices immediately. No complex onboarding or training required.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade from Foundation to Professional at any time — your data stays exactly where it is. If you need to downgrade, automation features become inactive but all your records, invoices, and history remain accessible.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data belongs to you. If you cancel, your account is deactivated but your data is preserved for 90 days. You can export invoices, customer records, and purchase history as CSV at any time before or after cancellation.
Do you offer monthly billing?
We offer annual billing only. A business should never lose access to its operational platform because of a missed monthly payment. Annual billing means one payment, twelve months of uninterrupted access — and you save two months compared to monthly pricing.
Can I use this from my phone?
Yes. The platform is fully responsive. You can view your dashboard, check outstanding invoices, record payments, and manage customers from any mobile browser. No app download required.
